About the Role
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base in the wholesale construction materials sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, foster strong relationships with existing clients, and proactively address their needs. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets, track performance, and provide regular reports to the management. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to maximize revenue. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Stay informed about product features, specifications, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients. Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and finance to ensure timely order processing and smooth operations.
Salary: 30000 to 40000 plus Incentives.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the wholesale distribution of cement.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Must possess a valid driver's license and own a car for regular travel to meet clients and prospects.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Must be 35 years old or above.
